ingredients

3 buah apel (diblender halus)
500 susu ultra UHT plain
1/2 bks agar-agar putih
1 gelas air matang


directions
  1. Blender halus apel dengan sedikit susu, kurang lebih 50ml
  2. Masak susu dengan air matang, agar-agar, dan jelly, sambil diaduk, hingga mendidih.
  3. Masukkan apel, aduk2 hingga rata, matikan api.
  4. Tunggu 5menit agar uap panas hilang, kemudian cetak sesuai keinginan, dinginkan.
